ESM maintains a number of established co-investment partnerships some of which span a decade.

ESM invests time to understand the investee team, the learning group that has formed around the team, wider market dynamics and timing for the product being presented and we pay attention to the readiness of the investee company in their lead up to presenting the investment opportunity.

There is no minimum investment amount per investor and there is no cap on the amount that can be invested in investee companies.

ESM provides co-investors with a platform to view investment opportunities and support in the execution of an investment transaction. On-going monitoring services are also provided by ESM including annual company updates and annual shareholding valuation reports.

ESM specialises in SEIS and EIS (UK HMRC approved) tax efficient investment schemes for individuals.
